An easy to read guide to the main teaching and events of Ezra. Short chapters make use
of alliteration and other catchy stylistic devices to make the key points of the book easily
memorable. It traces the homecoming journey of God’s people from bondage to blessing
under the leadership of one of Israel’s greatest historical heroes. In a fresh and forthright
manner, it treats a diverse range of biblical and theological themes, including the
sovereignty of God, the authority of Scripture, and the centrality of Scripture.
